About these terms
Nuntaro is a product by Apturity AB ("Apturity"). By using the website or service, a user agrees to these terms and the applicable privacy information. If these terms are not accepted, the service should not be used.
Accounts and security
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, recovery codes, approved devices, and other credentials under their control. Apturity should be notified promptly if an account may have been compromised.
A user must be legally able to enter into these terms. Any applicable age requirements are presented during account creation.
Acceptable use
Nuntaro may not be used to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, exploit or disrupt the service, bypass security controls, impersonate others, send unlawful spam, or coordinate abuse. Automated access is permitted only where Apturity has expressly provided or approved it.
Reasonable action may be taken to investigate abuse, protect users, preserve service integrity, or comply with legal obligations. This may include limiting or suspending access where necessary.
Your content and Nuntaro's materials
Users retain their rights in content they create and share. They are responsible for having the right to use that content and for how it is shared. The permissions needed by Apturity are limited to operating, securing, and delivering the service.
The Nuntaro name, visual identity, website, software, and original materials are owned by Apturity or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licences, described on the Licenses page.
Availability and changes
Apturity may update, add, remove, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Reasonable notice will be provided when a material change requires it.
Third-party operating systems, app stores, networks, and services may affect Nuntaro but are not controlled by Apturity.
Responsibility and warranties
Nuntaro will be provided with reasonable care and skill. No service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and users should keep independent copies of information they cannot afford to lose.
To the extent permitted by law, Apturity is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with Apturity so that a practical resolution can be attempted.
