Privacy Policy
How Apturity handles personal data in connection with Nuntaro.
Who is responsible
Nuntaro is a product by Apturity AB ("Apturity"). Apturity is responsible for the personal data described in this policy when operating the Nuntaro website and service.
Personal data Nuntaro may handle
The information involved depends on how Nuntaro is used. It may include:
- account and profile details, such as a name, contact information, and profile image;
- device and security information needed to sign in, approve devices, prevent abuse, and protect an account;
- technical information, such as app version, operating system, approximate timestamps, diagnostics, and service logs;
- messages sent to support or through the Apturity contact form; and
- basic web-request information recorded by hosting infrastructure when this website is visited.
Messages and contacts
Nuntaro is designed so that protected message content is encrypted between approved devices. The service may still process limited delivery and account metadata needed to route messages, operate conversations, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Contact access is requested only where a user chooses a feature that needs it.
How personal data is used
Personal data may be used to provide and secure Nuntaro, operate accounts and conversations, answer support requests, diagnose faults, prevent fraud or misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the service using aggregated or appropriately protected information.
Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, based on legitimate interests in operating and securing Nuntaro, based on consent, or required by law.
How long data is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an active account, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or protect the service. Retention periods can differ by data type. Deleted information may remain for a limited period in protected backups before it is removed through the normal backup cycle.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for security, legal, or contractual reasons.
A complaint may also be made to the relevant data-protection authority. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Questions and requests
Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the Nuntaro contact page, which directs enquiries to Apturity. Please do not include passwords, recovery codes, or message content in a contact request.
